Elizabeth A. Goldblatt, PhD., MPA/HA, received her PhD from UCLA and Masters in Public Administration/Health Administration from Portland State University, OR. Dr. Goldblatt has been involved in acupuncture/Oriental medical education since 1988. She was President of the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine from 1988-2003. She served as vice-president of the Council of Colleges of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (CCAOM) from 1990-1996 and President from 1996-2002. CCAOM represents over 50 colleges located throughout the USA. She has also been a member of the North American Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine Council (NACAOM; formerly the NAFTA Acupuncture Commission) since 1994, and currently serves as a co-chair of the NACAOM Education Committee. She continues to serve on the Pacific University's Board of Trustees, which she joined in 1996. Dr. Goldblatt is also a member of the IHPC Advisory Committee.
